Fitness at home is an 8-week program dedicated to increasing our overall fitness with very limited equipment. The program is perfect for anyone without access to a gym, just starting their fitness journey, or simply looking to get back into the gym but do not feel ready quite yet. This program requires zero equipment however if you do have equipment other exercises are provided to ensure you can train with the most ideal conditions.
Details
- 8-weeks general fitness training improving strength, BMI, and aerobic fitness
- 3 days per week minimum with two optional days for a total of 5 days
- No equipment required, but exercises are provided for those with equipment
- Instruction sheet included
- Coaches notes for each week
